"I had a great stay at citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The hotel has a fun pop-art atmosphere and the rooms are minimalist, yet extremely functional. Everything a traveler needs is available, making it a perfect place to rest before or after a flight. After a series of exhausting and frustrating flights, this hotel felt like a welcoming oasis where I could finally relax and recharge. The staff was professional, the facilities were excellent, and I would definitely recommend staying here. My only suggestion for improvement would be to greet guests in French first, especially since the hotel is located in Paris—the heart of the French-speaking world. It would add a more authentic local touch while still allowing staff to switch to English whenever needed."

"This was the cleanest hotel that I have ever been. The location is perfect for travelers, 25-30 minutes away to all type of attractions. The neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants. The beds are very comfy. It was a an excellent experience."

"What a beautiful, spacious hotel. There were dining options and a coffee shop on site. We enjoyed the buffet at the restaurant but many were lined for the pizza and Italian place. Game area was nice. Especially convenient to catch shuttle to the airport. Chris, who checked us in was very friendly, and welcoming. Offered suggestions on eating, timing for arrival at airport for flight, and upgraded our rooms! Reminded us he’d be there until 10 if we had any more questions. Beds were comfy and EVERYTHING was nice and clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend!!"
