「We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. 「机场接送很好，小伙子非常的热情，前台服务也不错，就是酒店的设施太简单了，毛巾少，也没有喝水的杯子，漱口的杯子，这些都没有很不方便，还没有热水，后来给我换了房间才有热水，下水道也不是很流畅，早餐很不错。」
