When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. It's a quiet location with a stunning landscape that creates a peaceful atmosphere. I wasn't aware beforehand that outdoor barbecuing was permitted, which added to the fun. My kids loved the outdoor space and the scenery. The only downside is that there isn't much nearby in terms of activities, and reaching the property...
