"I love the restaurants and the walkway was shaded from the sun so it was bearable in a 90 degree weather. The room was cleaned every day although they ran out of tissue for our room. I also loved hanging out at Mike’s coffee while waiting for the restaurants to open. The gym was bigger than the other resorts we’ve been to and it’s open 24 hours . Our overall experience was great! It truly deserved a five star rating!"

"All staff members were awesome, we had a pool walk out room it was nice being able to walk out and jump in, the resort was clean and well kept. I dint care for the only beer they served at the bars Presidenta light, the club bar had cans of MGD and that's not any better lol. We ate all the different dining areas they were all good, did the Tomahawk steak dinner and it was a very good steak for the additional cost. The resort if very family orientated. At the time we were there in the middle of June the beach had lots of seaweed towards the end of our stay. I will definitely go back to this resort we had a great time."

"El hotel estaba hermoso y muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, limpias y cómodas. Sin embargo, el restaurante italiano no fue de mi agrado. Tampoco me gustó que durante los días de semana no hubiera actividades ni música en el hotel, ya que la mayoría del entretenimiento se realiza únicamente los fines de semana. Considero que ofrecer más opciones de entretenimiento durante toda la semana mejoraría la experiencia de los huéspedes. Es una opinión honesta: el hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones, pero podría mejorar la oferta de actividades entre semana."

"If you’re looking for a kid friendly hotel in punta Cana - this is it! They have it all for kids. Pros: beautiful property, restaurants are excellent, service is amazing! Cons: the rooms are outdated unless you have an ocean front. Which we did have, but the party with us did not and there room lacked the luxury feel. The buffet also lacks"

Overall, this was an unforgettable trip, and I highly recommend the W Punta Cana to anyone looking for a top-tier getaway. We can’t wait to come back."
