「Had a wonderful week long stay at Club el Moro! The location is really nice if you like to be both in the city and venture up towards the beaches. Right on the malecon! The loft suite was well air conditioned, cleaned very well every day, and had a lovely ocean view (on the second floor). The resort is south of central La Paz; it would make sense to rent a car so you can easily get around the area. You do have access to the beach club and the hotel which is part of the property.
