「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was complete chaos — a line of at least 60 people just to check in. After wasting a significant amount of time waiting, we were told to go sit at the buffet and wait even longer for a room that should have already been ready, since we were past the official check-in time. Completely unacceptable. The buffet was no better. The food quality was terrible and honestly felt like an afterthought. It didn’t come...

「I will never attend to this place again really bad experience a lot of things were broken down to the toilets air conditioners and some of the chairs the customer service was terrible no help with anything and I had to pay additional money after I booked and paid for the rooms I felt I was robbed 」

「It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....
