El hotel es muy comodo y centrico. Todos son muy amables. Solo que si traes carro es un poco incómodo estar pidiendo que te abran la puerta para entrar y para salir por qué muchas veces te dejan esperando a que te abran. Fuera de eso todo muy bien.

WIN DAY Playa - Hotel Express

The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel
This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!
