Me hospedó seguido en este hotel y todo siempre muy bien, destacar la atención del recepcionista de la tarde muy amable y servicial excelente actitud, la habitación limpia, solo no servía una televisión nunca funcionó es el único detalle, el roof de este hotel es increíble su vista!!! The perfect spot, and location!!!!! The location was exactly as described, and nice and cozy.The host was responsive and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The front desk never seems to know how to check people in. They always seem confused even though the envelopes with the names of people are right in front of them on their desk… Aside from that, the room was bad. Shower doesn’t work, a/c doesn’t work, and not to mention a huge cockroach on the bed. On top of all that, the host running these rooms is extremely difficult to reach and did not even respond at all to my complaints or put me in a different room.

This was our third time at Singular Joy and second time we had Erica as our host. We absolutely love it there and are already planning our trip for next year! It’s a block off of 5th Ave and a block to the beach (although it’s small by the property). The rooftop pools are stunning but nothing compares to the view!! Angel (apologies if I spelt it wrong) at the rooftop bar was an absolute pleasure to chat with. She makes THE BEST mango mojitos!! Highly recommend this property!!

This was my second time staying here! I really like it, always clean, convenient. parking was a bit difficult but once we figured it out it was great. You must insert coins after you enter the license plate.

La propiedad superó nuestras espectativas, solo detalles que hubieran hecho excelente la estancia. A pesar que uno va a vacacionar no a ver televisión, pero si hay pequeños momentos que para una estancia de varios días se antoja ver una película y ninguna de las 2 televisiones tenía señal abierta solo conexión a videos de youtube y el horario de la piscina. Al menos estaría bien una hora más. La vista del sky room y el servicio in mejorable.

The roof is beautiful. Everything else is terrible. It was a stay for my husbands birthday and they were informed ahead of time. Not only did they not do anything special (promised) they gave us a room with 2 broken TVs and a clogged toilet. The air conditioning sounds like a Jetpack taking off when it turns on every 10 minutes. The room smelled and the sheets were dirty. They claimed they were be a twin bed in the room but it was a futon with broken legs. There were weird cleaning supplies and cords in the cupboards. But the worst part of all was that the room did not have a deadbolt lock which seemed suspicious.at 11pm someone fully ENTERED the room with my daughter laying on the couch inches away. My husband jumped up and yelled for them to leave immediately. I was already asleep and would not have heard it over the extremely loud ac with he didn’t get up. No one had apologized and Expedia still had not rectified the matter 3 days later! No explanation given for them entering with a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR! We would never stay here again.

Loved our stay here! The hotel was clean, the price was great, and being close to the beach was a total bonus. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Only thing that would make it even better is a bit of an update, but overall we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

Definitivamente no es lo que muestran en la publicidad (fotos ), habitacion super pequeña e instalaciones en mal estado, marcas de oxido, manchas en cristales de regadera, el AC expide un olor a humedad, una noche se me subio una cucaracha estabdo acostado en la cama, habia cabellos de huespedes anteriores en piso y sabanas, el control de la pantalla no estaba a la vista a nuestra llegada, estuvo perdido una noche hasta que revisamos debajo de la cama al dia siguiente, 2 dias pidiendo una plancha para ropa, intentamos contactar al anfitrion mediante la app y recepcion pero no tuvimos exito

Me gustó la ubicación, está a una esquina de la playa, tiene un vista preciosa en la piscina y bar. Lo que no me agradó para nada es que el baño filtraba agua a la hora de bañarse, se inundó el cuarto y pedimos servicio a la habitación y nunca llegó y tampoco nos proporcionaron un trapeador para hacerlo nosotros.

En general le doy 4.5 estrellas. El lugar es muy cómodo y bien ubicado. La cama fue especialmente confortable, ideal para descansar después de un día de paseo. La terraza es espectacular, perfecta para relajarse. Lo único que extrañamos fue una cafetera y un tostador en la cocineta; se agradecería contar con esos elementos para una estancia más completa.
