The property manager (or owner ?) was a happy Italian man that was extremely welcoming to my fiancé and myself. Gave us a clear understanding of the keys to the BnB , and made sure our room was nice for us. Fantastic location right on the main street, but the room was nicely tucked back.

Cheap place to stay only for sleep

We stayed 4 nights at this apartment, Fabricio and the people are really nice and kind, always available for your questions and doubts, I did not read or notice that a common area was shared (only the kitchen and dinning room with other room) and i think the building in general had a lot humidiy so apartment was smell like this most of the time and in the room also, you have to go to another room to go to the bathroom. Area is in the main street 5th avenue.

Its a 2 BR/2BA apt with common area. We had the BR with the common BR. A bit inconvenient. Rooms rent by night so you may have multiple 'roommates' in a week. No TV. But clean and right on main street. Staff and cleaning was clean and helpful though they are not onsite 24/7 but nearby. Really good value for $$, would definitely return if we go back to Playa

Non-typical kind of hotel.

I read some mixed reviews of this spot and I think it really depends on what kind of traveler you are. Rooms are grouped into threes, so you enter one common room and there are three rooms off each kitchen/living area. However, just like a hotel you have a locked room and bathroom. If anything there is a benefit of having an attached kitchen. I never saw the other people in the two rooms. And I would definitely go back, it's a bargain price with strong wifi and is very clean and modern.

La habitación esta dentro de un departamento, no es un hotel, pero es muy amplia , la limpieza es indiscutible, la cama es deliciosa no me queria ir porque descansamos fabuloso!!! Cuenta con todo lo necesario, y la locación es buenísima, puedes caminar a todos lados sin problema y muy seguro El personal muy amable y atentos Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahí

Buena experiencia

Fue un muy buen lugar, fue como un minidepa con todas las comodidades, cocina, refrigeradora, microondas, cafetera, etc. El único tema es que esos ambientes eran compartidoscon otro cuarto, pero de todas las noches que nos hospedamos, estuvimos solos casi todo el tiempo, así que todo estuvo muy bien, todo muy organizado y la ubicación muy buena, cerca a la playa y a la quinta avenida. El personal muy amable y considerado, salimos bastante satisfechos y nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Clean shared Condo

This is a cleaned shared condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The host was lovely and helped us with our bags to our room and assisted us with parking. The room was clean with both air conditioning and a fan. The shared area includes a fridge, microwave, sink and some cooking utensils. This place is a wonderful bargain in down town Playa. Mammita's beach club is only a few blocks a way where you can rent beach chairs with umbrella's. There are many restaurants in close proximity.

Habitación cómoda 5ta Av. a 2 calles de la playa

Es una habitación dentro de un departamento, donde se comparte el espacio central compuesto por una estancia con sofa, comedor para 4 y cocineta. Las dos habitaciones del mismo están separadas y en caso de no ser amigos los que compartan el espacio no hay ningún problema, cada uno tiene su espacio y su baño. en el caso de la habitación que nos tocó el baño esta por fuera de la habitación. En cuanto a su ubicación me pareció muy agradable, pues está a 2 calles de la playa, muy cerca del famoso club de playa Mamitas Beach. tiene a su alrededor deliciosos lugares para comer: la hija de la tostada, la cueva del chango, celine, la bodeguita etc. Esta sobre la 5ta, pero en la zona que no es tan caótica, por lo tanto se duerme de maravilla, no hay ruido por la noche. El servicio de limpieza es diario. El costo una maravilla. Los encargados de entregar las llaves y de recogerlas, dos Italianos muy agradables y atentos. Si volvería sin duda y más con familia pues es el espacio me parece muy adecuado para ello.

Appartamento situato nel cuore di Playa del Carmen, posizione comodissima per spiaggia, serate fuori e spostamenti. La camera é spaziosa, con aria condizionata,il letto comodissimo, servizio di pulizia giornaliero impeccabile. Bagno privato (super comoditá). Cucina a induzione ben funzionante, frigorifero spazioso. La nostra vacanza é stata perfetta, la riviera maya é incantevole. Un grazie a Giuliano (proprietario) per la disponibilitá e gentilezza.

Hotel agradable Playa Quinta B&B

El precio esta muy bien por el hecho de que esta sobre la quinta avenida. La habitación es cómoda, aunque lo que no leí fue que era un departamento compartido, son dos cuartos con sus baños independientes, pero se comparte la sala. Pero en general bien, si lo que menos quiere uno cuando va a playa del carmen es estar en el hotel.
