Loved our stay here over xmas vacation, 2022. The place is listed at a good pñrice (700p a night). We didnt like our upstairs room very much, because of the size, so they gladly moved us to the lower level room (105). It was an amazing room with a fridge and two beds. They didnt charge us any more money. The pool is nice and clean! Hot water didnt work once, but it was fixed later. Location is a 20 min walk to mamitas public beach and theres lot of restaurants and shops on the way there ( on Constituyentes). The staff were really cool! Karla and the rest helped us with questions we had. For the money is a great deal and a nice place to stay. I would love it if they had a little bar or restaurant on the premises. Burger king is right next door with lots of places to buy drihks.. Thankx VSI. I will be back!!!!

Nosotros nos hospedamos dos dias pero con días de diferencia entre uno y otro es decir, estuvimos una noche, nos fuimos en la mañana y regresamos a nuestra segunda noche 5 días después.. la primera noche que estuvimos la alberca estaba verde de lo sucia que estaba, nos dieron excusas pero pues eso no justificaba nada.. califique mi estancia como mala por eso y a la siguiente noche que nos hospedamos que fue 5 días después, entregamos la habitación a las 12 y preguntamos si podíamos seguir haciendo uso de las instalaciones y nos dijo el gerente que no.. que porque nosotros habíamos dado una mala opinión sobre la primera noche que estuvimos el se sentía con el derecho de no recibirnos y pedirnos retirarnos por la mala opinión que habíamos dado sobre la alberca y que si no nos había gustado el hotel pues mejor nos retiráramos que él no tenía problema en dejar ahí a otros huéspedes después de hacer su check out pero que a nosotros no nos quería ahí por la mala opinión su actitud a la defensiva, burlona, irónica, prepotente y alzando la voz.. yo solo di mi opinión porque me la pidieron y porque era la verdad.. entonces si no quieren opiniones porque son “malas” entonces no las pidan.. las empleadas de limpieza y recepción muy amables.. el problema fue el “encargado” o gerente no se que sea ese señor que no sabe tratar el cliente

No me respetaron el pecio publicado

No respetan el precio publicado. Que es mas el 19% de impuestos. Y si pagas von tarjeta de cobran un 5% mas. Me toco ver un huesped que por cancelar mismo dia, le cobraron la habitacion

Hotel cero recomendable

Las personas recepción y personal de limpieza no tuvimos problemas al contrario fueron excelentes anfitriones, pero su gerente y su esposa pésima actitud, se negaron a prestarnos toallas, un sartén para calentar comida, no limpiaron la alberca en nuestra instancia, tenía lama, le dejamos la llave para la limpieza y no la hacian, y nos percatamos que las sábanas de unas de las camas tenían sangre y se negaron a cambiarlas o sea como es posible que pongan ese tipo de sábanas es muy anti higiénico, pésimo cero recomendable nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 3 veces porque en una no servía el aire, en la segunda un colchón estaba en muy malas condiciones, las instalaciones nada que ver con sus fotografías lo vuelvo a comentar cero recomendable.

En general nuestra estancia fue muy buena, el personal siempre fue amable y atento. La alberca pequeña pero muy linda, la habitacion cuando nos la entregaron estaba muy limpia, cama y almohadas muy comodas y super limpias, los espacios los estan remodelando por lo que creo que en unos dias podra lucir en su esplendor. Lo que no nos gustó es que en nuestro segundo dia no hicieron el aseo, la ventana que da a la calle no cerraba y el wifi no llegaba hasta nuestra habitacion. Tambien les falta arreglar la escalera pues se ve un poco fea a la hora de subir o bajar, ya con los arreglos que le estan haciendo quedara muy bonito. Pero en general estuvo muy bien, lo recomiendo!!

bad hotel

The hotel didn't have hot water for three days and at times, no water at all for showering. We mentioned it to the management and they didn't seem to do much of anything about it. I was supposed to have three single beds in the room, but was only provided two beds and a couch. On my last day, very unhappy, I spoke to the manager to ask about a partial refund due to the conditions, and she told me to talk to hotels.com since I booked with them, or that they could reimburse me half of my money, but after considering that, I decided that it was not appropriate to make me pay for the stay when I did not feel at all comfortable staying there. The manager then disappeared and the employee who was there declined to reimburse me at all. Please do not stay at this hotel, it is not worth the money. Bad service and not a good place to stay. Very cheap and chintzy.

Colchones de mala calidad, se ve muy sucio el hotel, los botes de basura abiertos junto a la escalera para subir a las habitaciones, la piscina no se ve muy limpia, las toallas se usaron por alguien que previo a nuestra ocupación uso la recamara para bañarse. La información en internet dice que el estacionamiento es gratis (pero en la calle porque estacionamiento NO TIENE). Hay televisor pero CERO canales de ningún tipo. Money's worth

Very dirty, pool is a small and you'd prob get a disease. Hard to find for taxis. Picture is not even close to look of place. Staff friendly and very helpful at least. Worst part that you aren't getting a deal. The hotel us not worth what it says on expedia. The sale price is actually the price of room as I asked how much for an extra room. Staff got embarrassed once I asked why it advertises a room worth 100 when it is not even worth 40 like I paid.

Vistelse på hotel san ignacio

Ett litet hotell som hade fina rum men erbjöds ingen handduk, tvål, hårfönare, minibar eller vatten på flaska som utlovades. Skulle vara daglig städning varje dag men rummet städades enbart 2 dagar under vår vistelse. Det erbjöds heller ingen transport till centrum, buss terminalen och stranden som även det utlovades på deras hemsida. Poolen var även inget vidare, rengjordes inte och var grön. Rummen var fina och moderna men hotellet låg i ett område med mycket ljud och buller och exakt bredvid den stora motorvägen. Svårt att hitta positiva saker men det stora utbudet av kanaler på teven och internet i lobbyn var väl det bästa skulle jag säga. Tack

Nice hotel, rooms were good.

Place was good for the money. I got a 2 bed and 1 bath room. Quiet and centrally located. Renovating right now so a bit noisy during the day. It's gonna be beautiful. Very friendly staff.
