I checked in and 1st i had to pay a cleaning fee for each day ahead of time but unless you hand over your key they can't get in supposedly. Which is a bit uncomfortable. Also the bar only accepts cash while ever other place on the beach accepts cards. I also had money taken from my safe and shown that there was extra keys to my safe (when they were trying to prove the opposite). The wifi would go in and out regularly at night. Could happen during the day too but didn't hang out in my room. I won't be back to this hotel again.

The access to the hotel is only through the beach and we had to walk on the sand which heavy suitcases. Thisn is quite unusual and difficil to accept, above all for elderly people. Also after 6PM, the lobby office is close, and luckily we could find the guard/concierge which would help me solving a problem (a electric plug adaptator).

The room was very run down, had ants, and the base from the music was incredibly loud. It was so noisy that we left 3 hours after we checked in and went to another hotel. We were given a wrong key to start with and told to keep our wet towels rather than get new ones. All in all, not a great experience.

It was an absolute terrible experience the room was dirty we had dead roaches by the mini fridge and in the bathroom. Towels and linens were dirty. The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The entrance is only through the beach side and the area does not look safe at night.

Right on the beach. Very good location. Good cocktail bar and snack bar on the premises. The room was very run down. screen door to balcony broken. The view from the balcony was a very disgusting junk-filled lot next door. Wasn't worth the price.

The location is great right on the beach and in the middle of town. Sleeping can be difficult as there is a club next door thats plays music all night and all day.

The owners or operators are nice but it’s just not worth the price - rooms just feel old and neglected and unclean especially the bathrooms. Can’t flush toilet paper, broken shower, luke warm water, poorly maintained, don’t feel very clean. Property just needs some TLC. To start, this hotel is located at the end of Calle 4 not 14th. Access is off tbe beach. Good location with great ocean views. Hotel itself is a bit run down - half the lights didn't work and light switches were grimy. Otherwise, it was mostly clean and comfortable. Staff is great. Food was okay. Drinks were delicious. Beach massage is totally worth it. Note, there is a club beside it so you can hear the bass until 3 am. I was happy with my stay, but wanted to give an honest review. I would stay again but not if i was looking for quiet.

IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR VACATION, come to this place.sheets? Dirty! Towels? Dirty! Beach? Not privet and smells like rotten fish! Security? As low as possible! Not like the pictures at all! There was no shampoo,soap,tissue or toilet paper. I had to ask and they only give me a little soap. I honestly don’t know who gave this place a good score. If I could run from this place I would!
