1. El servicio del personal pésimo, para hacer check inn según tienen un número para hacerlo y estuve media hora marcando esperando y nada, busque todos los números por internet del lugar para que me dieran llave o algo y me contesta un sr muy despota que espere a que me contesten del número de la hoja no me dejo hablar, me tuve que ir a cenar y esperar a que la persona me contactara.
2. la habitación se suponía que era para no fumadores y olía horrible a cigarro.
3. Me dan una habitación donde rompieron la estufa y estaban los vidrios en el lugar.
4. La habitación sucia.
5. Nunca mencionan qué hay música en las madrugadas de los edificios contiguos no se podía dormir.
6. No te dan soluciones, tuve que sacar a mi mamá del lugar a la 130am y lo había rentado para dos noches, perdí el costo pero prefiero eso que internar a mi mamá por alguna alergia que pudiera darle.
7. Para estar en esa ubicación es un pésimo lugar para quedarte.
