Our room was moldy and the roof started leaking and flooding our room. They moved us to a new room that wasn’t moldy and smelt fine very fast and were nice. Grand Riviera Princess - All Inclusive
We stayed in a Platinum Plunge Pool Suite. I’d recommend you pass on the plunge pool, it doesn’t see any sun- the suite is very private, comfortable. The resort itself is very big, a bit too big for my preference but I’m sure it would appeal to others, they do have a shuttle to help get around quicker ...

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Food was excellent. Great variety. Entertainment was great and staff was very kind and helpful. We went to the gym every morning and it was just what we needed for a quick but effective away from home workout. We will be retuning to the Hyatt!
