「The hotel is lovely, beautiful and well maintained old building. Room was clean and comfortable, A/C was working well, shutters allowed for a good sleep. 」

「Un alojamiento de 10 fuimos en familia y todo perfecto, todo muy limpio, bastante nuevo y amplio , la ubicación es muy buena estás a 2 minutos del museo Guggenheim y tienes un parking de pago a 5 minutos , todo muy bien volveremos seguro.」

No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...
