Mi estancia en el hotel NH ha sido increíble. Desde el primer momento, el personal me hizo sentir bienvenida, siempre con una atención muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que necesité. El ambiente es acogedor y cuidado en cada detalle.
El buffet de desayuno fue uno de los puntos más destacados: variado, fresco y realmente delicioso, con opciones que se convirtieron en mis favoritas.

「We had a great 10 night stay here with my family. Pool is such a bonus and location to beach and restaurants is great. Really nice to be able to borrow beach stuff and air con is good quality. Being so central you do hear noise at night, but this has to be a given for such a central location. We would stay again. 」
「Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...
「Staff super amable y profesional, las habitaciones renovadas y con todo lo necesario. El hotel está situado en una buena zona (cerca de la estación de trenes y parada del tram Lucero).
2 razones por la cual no dejo el max de lqs estrellas: paredes super finas (se escucha bastante los ruidos del pasillo y otros cuartos) y tener que pagar un deposito de 50€ durante el check in (no estaba especificado en el momento de la reserva).
En general muy buen hotel para pasar unas noches en Alicante.」

「Really good location and view - apartment had everything you would need and was spacious. Staff contact by WhatsApp and phone worked well and we had no issues. The apartment was in the old part of town (on the hill to castle) and on the 3rd floor so great for us who travel light and are keen to get those steps in ..but not for people with accessibility requirements and lots of luggage -highly recommend」
