All the staff are excellent, but particularly the waiting staff, who were amazing. The suites are large and well designed. The all-inclusive deal (early May) was excellent value for money. "We have just returned from a wonderful week away in our favourite resort of Pollensa. It was our first time staying at the property and we loved it. It was a 5 minute walk to the sea front and restaurants/shops and had a great pool area that the children loved. Sebastian and Maria were excellent and very helpful with any queries that we had. We were surprised that the apartment wasnt cleaned whilst we were there, but we managed to do this ourselves. Fresh towels were provided every 4 days but...

"Lovely hotel nice & central with free car parking a less than 5 mins walk away. Close to the beaches, marina & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good, not a huge choice but plenty for most people. Only niggle for us was we had the private terrace option which wasn't private at all & 3 times we found people using our beds on our "private" terrace right outside our doors, which was annoying. Not sure it was worth the extra as everyone else used it!"

"Quiet, peaceful. Small, although probably bigger than it seemed as so widely spaced out. Several pools and plenty of loungers. Places to play some sports were dotted all over the place, but subtle. There was evening entertainment- not my thing- it could be heard but unobtrusive. Our room had a great sea view and beautiful sea breeze. The room was perfect. Very clean, quite large and a good balcony. "
