"I have no complaints everything was good & perfect."

"Very nice and new appearing facility. However, perhaps short of help as numerous things seemed lacking. The microwave in the room had not been cleaned before we arrived. The phone in the room did not work, could not reach the front desk. The bathroom had ONE hook for the towels, we had to hang the towels on the door closer arm and the luggage rack. The TV in the exercise room did not work until I asked to connect it, and then the volume was not adjustable. The soap in the public restroom was empty and when I told the front desk it was empty, it still was not replaced after two more days. In spite of these things, a very nice facility with a good breakfast with nice variety, typical hotel breakfast food. The pool was nice but the water in the outdoor hot tub was not hot. Comfortable bed and was able to make the heater fan run continuously to cover up outside noise."

"The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Miranda and Angelic go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. The lobby/breakfast area is bright and versatile for gathering; playing cards and/or board games; enjoying the World Series…! The swimming pool and fitness room look inviting but didn’t have time for either this visit. The patio is also a great spot for gathering and is equipped with smoker and grills; plenty of seating. I extended my stay for a virtual meeting, and the staff made it a seamless experience. The location is close to restaurants and salons; shopping is walking distance or easy by bus. I am so glad I tried this hotel for my stay; visit often to see family, and will definitely book here again. "
