"The heat didn’t function. Pool area was 57 degrees! Front desk said she just turned heat up. We stayed for maybe 10 mins. It was way too cold. The water was steaming and the water was maybe 60 degrees tops! Pool was filthy dirty, hot tub wasn’t working and out of order. Couldn’t get room to heat up. Breakfast was bad. No apple juice, cold scrambled eggs and some mushy potatoes. No meat or protein left. Still over 45 mins of breakfast remained…… Tried to speak to front desk upon checkout and could find one single employee at 9:40 am and 10:15 am! No one at front desk. "

"The entire BNB was awesome. The access control, the main corridors, the room, the food and the kind hospitality from the host all exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend this as a stay for anyone looking for a cozy and reasonably priced option. 10/10 we'll be back! "
