"Tolles Ambiente, innerhalb und ausserhalb der Hotelanlage. Insbesondere der SPA-Bereich war äusserst einladend und bleibt nach der Nutzung nachhaltig. Das sehr saubere Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer genutzt mit seitlicher Meersicht im 6. Obergeschoss. Um dem störbaren Lärm der Lüftungsanlage auf dem Dach des Hotels während der Nacht auszuweichen, ist die Wahl des Zimmers möglichst westlich des Gebäudes zu empfehlen oder in einem tieferen Stockwerk. Gutes Frühstück, reichhaltig mit sehr aufmerksamem Servicepersonal. Durch die Vielzahl an Gästen ist der Lärmpegel entsprechend. Da ist ein früherer oder späterer Zeitpunkt für die Einnahme des Frühstücks empfehlenswert. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen kann auch der Aussenbereich genutzt werden. "

"The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The bed barely fits in the master bedroom. They never answered the phone when we call the front desk the entire stay. lastly when we checked in the had us sit down at the remote desk they pushed penthouse upgrade. If the views and meals and staff weren’t so good I’d choose another place closer to Palma and on the beach "

"Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis are pretty expensive in this locality as well. "

"Beautiful view of the sea from our private balcony. On site restaurant has delicious options. It is not easy to find parking nearby. "
