The price was 1 to 2 higher than nearby apartments that offered more. On arrival our balcony doors didn’t lock. We called and someone came to check but we had to sleep feeling unsafe. The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so...

Anything you asked of them seemed to be a huge inconvenience and they would snigger and laugh as you between themselves. It really ruined my experience in the hotel. The hotel itself was nice with good pool and facilities but honestly the staff were so rude I would not recommend to anyone to stay there. "
