「I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.」
「The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The only negative issue was the bathtub was clean but had a big hole near by the knob - rusty. Definitely needed replacement. It didn't affect my ability to shower but I wondered if bugs could come in or out of there. Hope they fixed it 😊.」
