"Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay - All Inclusive

"I really enjoyed my stay at Bahia. If it had better live entertainment nightly I would consider vacationing there again. The fact that there isn't much of a beach means they really need to step up the entertainment for me. However, I must say the views from my oceanfront room were stunning. This resort was too upscale for the poor entertainment they offered. The entire staff was great from the front desk, to the bartenders, housekeeping, and room service. Please consider some great live bands, comedians, or something more lively that can get the overall experience to a 10."

"My stay at Moon Palace Jamaica was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The resort exceeded my expectations in every way and provided the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding customer service. One of the first things I noticed was how incredibly clean the entire property was. From the lobby and restaurants to the pools, beach areas, and guest rooms, everything was immaculate and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff at Moon Palace Jamaica truly made the experience special. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Whether at the front desk, restaurants, concierge desk, or pool area, we were always greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Their genuine hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel valued as guests. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the beautiful Caribbean Sea was one of the highlights of the trip. The crystal-clear water, stunning beaches, and picturesque surroundings created the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Whether enjoying a meal overlooking the ocean or simply relaxing by the pool, the scenery was unforgettable. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared."

"The view from our 5th floor ocean view was amazing. Pools and property were properly cleaned. Food was good overall but you want reservations at a restaurant make sure to book 2-3 days ahead. Lots of activities were Included so make sure to take advantage of those. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall we had a wonderful experience."

"First off, on arrival the room was dark and a little dated with mismatched flooring tiles. The main bed room ceiling light did not work, neither did the side table light. I called downstairs to receptionist and was informed that maintenance was gone for the day and they would send someone to change the side table light but the ceiling light would be fixed the following day. A drink credit was given for the inconvenience. No one ever came to fix the ceiling light the next day. The refrigerator didn’t work and the for an hour there was no water. I called to let them know about the refrigerator and reminded them about the ceiling light. My husband and I got to breakfast around 8:30am and was not served until 9:45am due to them only having one staff member available for breakfast. When we did get served they run out of some food items. Lunch was no different we waited about 2 hours and when we did receive our food it was cold and unedible. The refrigerator was changed the next morning and about 7pm on our final night they offered to change our room. We declined since we were checking out early the next morning. Mind you this was a busy Mother’s Day weekend you would think they would staff and have food for the reservations they had. We requested to speak to the manager but that did not happen either, bad customer service."

"The staff were nice and polite. The rooms unexpectedly shared a common area with a kitchenette and couch, but it was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as depicted in the pictures. The breakfast was definitely unique to Jamaica offering savory options such as vegetables, curry chicken, fish, and liver. If you are interested in trying authentic food to the area this place is for you."
