「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. 「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

「Great hotel for skiing holiday. Room had ample space for family of 4. Was worried about single bunk beds for my older teenagers but they were fit for purpose. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Wish there was more hooks for hanging up towels though. Overall very happy with our Christmas skiing holiday. Close to piste/gondola, town, restaurants... Very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!」

「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. 「Eine sehr einfache 1-Zimmerwohnung mit einem Etagaenbett (also 2 Betten). Einie Dinge waren defekt, die sehr einfach zu reparieren wären: Stuhl, Duschschlauch, Vorhänge. Die Küche ist zweckmässig, aber es gibt ausser etwas Besteck und Geschirr nichts. Kein Lappen oder Tücher, kein Geschirrspülmittel, keine Bettwäsche (Kann man mieten). Der Wasserkocher gehört in den Müll.」
