「Read so many reviews about this hotel that does not aligns with my experience. This is still an amazing hotel for a relaxed getaway in August 2025. First time in Noumea, so I don’t know what it’s like pre-2024 - but I’m glad I came and stayed here! Great hotel staff, excellent service, amazing and convenient location + the fact that there is a kitchenette made our trip so much better. Thank you and highly recommended. Will definitely come back the next time. 」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」
