「Overall the place was nice. It fit our party of 6 well. The couch bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen and living room were nice.」

We were offered 50% off the rental TOTAL if we decided to stay, a full refund, or to be transferred to another property. We agreed with the office to stay and take the 50% off. A day later we received an email as if the situation was new, saying only a flat $200 "gesture of goodwill" will be offered if we decided to stay. 「Property could use an update. Mattresses were lumpy and carpet was stained and dirty. The property wasn’t super clean. Cobwebs on the balcony and inside smelled musty and dank. Other than that, it was good 」

「Great cozy property that feels like home. It’s clearly easy to tell it’s properly taken care of because the owners appear to stay there as well. It’s VERY well located at the resort. Didn’t even need to drive once to the amenities outside the property. Probably the best located spot at Granlibakken」
