「We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and enjoyed it so much! The staff are so welcoming and attentive and the resort is well-maintained and clean in a good location. We stayed in a seafront suite and could see the water from our room. The plunge pool could be more private but the view was great. 「When we arrived to Brisa we were escorted to our room by staff and given a quick tour of the room. We quickly noticed that we did not have a pull out couch (we booked the 2 bedroom with 3 beds beach access) and when one of my guests went to inform staff and initially received an attitude that we “did not rent the cot as we were supposed to”. 「The staff at this property was incredible- they learned me and my son’s name by day two of our stay- and they were on top of everything. The resort offers free bikes and kayaks, loved that. 「I had a delightful experience at Ocean Breeze! We were greeted with a lovely sign out front and the AC was running in our room. The front desk associate was gracious in accommodating our request for an early check in when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. 「Our stay at Azure del Mar was beyond AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We arrived in Belize City very late and then had a long drive into Placencia.
