「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Immaculately clean, comfortable bed; the two most important things. We've stayed at more charming places in Great Barrington, but our usual B&B required two nights and we only wanted one. Nothing fancy, no frills, but ultimately quite satisfactory. We would stay here again. P.S. we found some charm and a nice breakfast at the Holli Cafe.」

「My impression is that this refurbished historic motel from the mid-20th century is owner operated. Plainly the staff try very hard to give you a good experience. This said, the room stank of disinfectant, so badly that I had to open all the windows for a hour or two to clear the room. Also the property backs against train tracks, which are in use. Otherwise fine.」

「Convenient but the service has to be improved.」

「Absolutely lovely. Clean! New carpet. Fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Ground floor only and park right in front of the door-a must for those with physical issues. Great owner! Just a great visit. Will be gifting my son md his wife a trip to the area with williamstown Motel to stay.」
