「Long wait for check in. Several people lined up waiting. Very nice room, but only one elevator a very long haul down the corridor from our room. Breakfast was minimal. Back door lock didn’t work.」

「I would never stay at this motel again. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

「The breakfast was delicious, excellent sausage cheese potato casserole. However the coffee wasn't good. Folgers is a very low rated coffee, so this was a big disappointment for my wife and I. Also, the check-in person was a bit difficult to understand, didn't make it very clear that our room was in a separate building」

「Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.」

「The view of Otsego Lake is wonderful. The access to Cooperstown village is easily doable. It's just a great place.」

「There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .」
