「Staff had been very communicative and courteous. We had a problem with the property HOA putting our bikes on their patio, but staff were prompt in contacting me, and respectfully told me the issues that needs to be addressed. 」

「For the money (about what you would pay to stay at the Aspen W Hotel per night) you get convenient access to Ajax gondola, and buses to other mountains and obviously the town, which we love. What you also get is a condo with no working thermostat, extremely hot with no ability to adjust temperature. Had to open deck doors at night. 「Our stay at the Enclave was terrific from start to finish. The transportation from the airport was appreciated, the staff was extremely nice and attentive and the location was perfect for skiing. Our condo was perfect for our family of five and was perfectly clean, and the shuttle was perfect for anywhere our family needed to be. The pool and jacuzzi were also great. We’ll hopefully be back next season! 」
