Check in was miserable. The workers were unpleasant and uncaring about the fact we had asked for a room not in the marina but we got one anyway. Told us to come back to desk after 20 minutes in vase they could switch us and when we showed up they said no anyway. Waste of time!

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort
Room was downgraded, 2 of 3elevators broken, not enough pool towels, pool and beach chairs, dead fish on beach. Beach full of natural debris and trash. Staff does nothing to clean it. Meals take over an hour to get and are wrong 1/3rd of the time when received. Staff was friendly, and appologetic. ...

Wyndham Palmas Beach and Golf Boutique Resort
No doorman on arrival. No electrical outlet on one side of bed. TV system did not work. The room was big and comfortable. No facilities on the beach. Surprise “resort fees” on check out.

Fairfield by Marriott Luquillo Beach
The staff was lovely and very helpful. We spent much of our time out and about on adventures, so our room was perfectly adequate for sleeping and bathing.
