「Extremely poor condition of the door to room 3, which was the room I was given on 11 March. My room was an external room of the Inn and therefore the security of the guest experience should be of a much higher level than if the guest was located within the actual main building. 「Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again. The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun.」

「DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is a false listing. It is not what it advertises; restaurant/hotel. I felt scammed when I turned up with my family. I booked last minute and I should have checked more reviews. The photo on their website is now non existent (I assume it’s what it used to be years ago) it’s frontage is now a Greggs, nowhere tells you to get the keys from inside the Londis garage. Only because I went to ask where the place was, I was told ‘oh yeah you collect the keys here’ and the rooms are...

「Lovely old country inn setting. Our room was beautiful and we had the added bonus of a separate kitchen and lounge. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was disappointing, but our breakfast the next morning was delicious.」

「This is a really fabulous small hotel. The mostly young staff are wonderful and have really good customer service skills. The room we had was large and warm and really nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable with sufficient pillows and some nice cushions.It was apparent that thought had been put in to all aspects of our stay. There were lovely little touches in the room - biscuits, fresh coffee and a cafetière, an extra blanket, and even recycling facilities in the room itself. We had a vegan...

「The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing.」
