Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent...

「This was honestly one of the best holidays we have ever had. The hotel was wonderful in every way: comfortable, welcoming, beautifully maintained, and filled with genuinely kind and attentive staff. The reception team was always ready to help with anything we needed. We would especially like to thank the manager, Yannis, and Anna from the restaurant for their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional service. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including three swimming pools, a spa, which...
