The Legend Paracas Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great facilities and superb staff! Always a pleasure to come back! Internet needs a booster for 2nd floor rooms. Other than that, everything was great!"
"If you are traveling as a family of more than four people, I strongly recommend reserving your tables in advance. Due to the restaurant’s layout and seating arrangements, tables cannot easily be joined together. Unfortunately, this made our first day quite unpleasant, as we were unable to have breakfast together as a family. The evening before, we also had to insist and advocate for a table that could accommodate all six of us.
Apart from this issue, the rest of our stay was pleasant. The hotel has beautiful views of the sea, although the bay has a rocky shore, so it is not particularly suitable for swimming. The Pacific Ocean water is also very cold.
I also believe the hotel could improve its gastronomic offering, especially considering that Peru is internationally recognized as an outstanding culinary destination. Overall, the property is enjoyable, but better planning for larger families and a stronger food experience would make the stay much more memorable."
"The hotel has everything we needed. Not the ritz Carlton but also not that price.
It was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Complementary breakfast was very relaxed with enough options to power us for the morning.
Note: it faces the beach but it’s a harbor town. The water in that section of the harbor, while nice to see, did not appear very enticing to swim. Pool was very clear and swimmable"
"Very clean and well maintained property. Staff was helpful and accommodating. View from the property to the bay was excellent with a beautiful sunset. Restaurant food and bar was very good, very fresh and tasty."
"Me encanta xq es una bahía entonces el mar es tranquilito, y de todos los hoteles siento que tiene las mejores actividades acuáticas, tiene kayak para 1 o para 2, pádel, un katamaran que hace viajes d 4 por 20 minutos. Nos encantó la verdad. Hay dos piscinas: La de niños/familias es caliente siempre y la enorme que no es caliente pero es rica . tienen jacuzzi y sauna a costo pero super bueno. La atención increíble. No es pet friendly."
