「I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

「Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.」

「Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature.
