「I booked a hotel through Expedia and paid at the time of booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that they are not listed on Expedia and do not accept online payments. As a result, there was no booking, and I had to find another hotel late at night. The Expedia helpline has also been unhelpful, and I am unable to get a refund.」

「Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. 」

Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags!
