"I only stayed here for one night, and it was fine. The breakfast (which is an add-on) was good, but not outstanding. The price was reasonable; I would stay again. What really stood out was the staff and lost and found. In too much of a hurry to reach my final destination, I left my toiletry kit behind, realizing it 250 miles away. Writing it off as a lost cause, I bought replacements at my destination. But eight days later, returning via the same route, I called, and they had packed it up in Lost and Found, and I was able to reclaim it on the way back. I also got a real human when I called to check if it was in the Lost and Found, no robotic answering machine or central call center. So, 10/10 on the staff interaction part."
