「Super nice staff, pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and the pool room was cold, other than that it was great, my boys loved playing basketball 🏀」

「Front desk called multiple times trying to make me pay before arrival after stating that I could pay during arrival. Can’t remember his name (Hispanic). Also room & bathroom had roaches everywhere. 」

「I had a very comfortable stay. The thermostat was fully adjustable to write where I needed it for my comfort. There was lots of great stuff on the TV. I could rent pay-per-view’s. They offered a great breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean housekeeping gave me any extra little things that I needed. Staff was excellent. I love the location close to everything that I needed friends. I’ve been here multiple times before and I’ll continue making this my hotel. Thank you so much.」

「Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.」
