"Front desk employee was friendly and courteous at check-in. He explained all the amenities, including breakfast. The room was spotless and very nice for the price. We really liked the extra sofa sleeper with the ottoman. A great place to stay overall. "

"The Heritage Inn and Suites exceeded my expectations. My room and rest of the hotel were extremely clean (one of my top priorities for a hotel). My room was very quiet and I felt safe being alone going to and from my car at night. The guest pantry instead of vending machines was a nice idea. I noticed my room was missing a safe which would have been nice to have but had no problems with any of my belongings being bothered. I did not get to try the hot breakfast so cannot review it. Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable place and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our first visit & won’t be our last!!! Great service & amenities! The comedy show was the BEST part of our trip! The only con was the elevators. There’s only 4 used for guests & staff, one of which didn’t work our entire stay. Nothing is perfect, but this trip was close to perfect!"

"The staff and room was excellent. The only problem I see they need to work on: 1. The breakfast area is still too warm for people to enjoy their breakfast. 2. The gravy was lumpy. 3. Only one elevator was working and the other one was contrary. Overall, if I can get the same room because it had a handicap shower I will definitely stay again. "
