「Staff was rude during conversation about me requesting 1st floor. I did send a message and they said they did not receive it. She should of said Im sorry about it and be professional about it. She was absolutely rude!」

「The coffee cottage was a very relaxing place to spend our anniversary. The room was large and very comfortable. We really appreciated the flowers and other amenities they added to help us celebrate. The jetted tub was clean and worked very well. Our only complaint was that we had an hard time turning it off. The garden was amazing with so many birds, flowers, and places to sit. Recommend. 」

「This place has the look and feel of a motel. Basic room with a small kitchen sink and refrigerator (not mini-fridge, so plenty of space). The lobby is unattended (you have to pick up the phone to have someone come to the lobby counter). The room was clean but it smelled of bleach or some sort of cleaning product. The bedsheets were charcoal colored, which I have never seen at a hotel before. The place looked and felt safe and there is plenty of on-site parking.」

「The room was clean and the staff is great and air conditioning kept my room nice and cool. 」

「Room 111 smelled so terrible we tried to air it out by leaving the door open and blasting the AC . Didn’t help at all. We checked in so late and being on the road all day we didn’t want to try and argue about the room or go look for another place to stay. We just made do for the remaining early morning by sleeping. Mention to the guy at the desk the problems and left it at that.」

「The property is unique and is in a great location! The bed was a little harder than we like, but was perfect for a little getaway.」

「Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.」
