The breakfast had a good selection and was very neat and clean. The AC and room was great. There was some baseboards pulling away from the wall but that's fixable.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Ive been staying here over 18 years now and it's always been pretty great. The rooms are getting a bit tired looking and out of date. I could have used an extra blanket.

Room had black hair on both beds The bed skirts were dirty. The gal in lobby changed the sheets for us. We didnt want to sleep on dirty sheets. Question do they change the sheets after each check out? Maybe the person needs to wear a hair net if they clean the room.

They need to hire more help plus the bathroom shower leaked. When turned on the shower, shower head needed to be cleaned and water still ran when you took a shower out out of the faucet.

This was an average property. We had a room near the office which was fine but the tenant above was noisy the entire night walking around. Not sure if they live there full time and work the night shift at the hotel. We asked for a late check out (only 1/2 extra) and were told it would be an additional $25 if we weren't out by 11 am.

When we arrived at the Hitel no one was there to check us in. There was a sign stating call this number to get service. We called and the number rang several times. We waited over 30 minutes for no one to check us in. We drove to another Hotel to try and get a different room. They were sold out. While there another party claimed they also were awaiting check in and no one came? We drove back again and had to find a young lady cleaning rooms upstairs with no other help but did check us in. The rooms were clean but outdated and old.

I liked everything about this place. Enough breakfast for it to be considered included. The only thing I had a problem with my stay is the shower was clogged and filled up while showering. After it slowly drained. But over all I would stay again. I stayed in the one all the way at the end on the bottom.

Nothing fancy or updated, but very clean and very adequate breakfast - microwaveable breakfast burrito, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels & cream cheese, danish as well as a variety of cereals and oatmeal. Good, comfortable bed.
