"Very convenient to walk to Hayden Homes Amphitheatre and several shops in the Old Mill District.
Parking overnight is $25.
Breakfast is not included.
Having a balcony room was very nice."
"I was shocked when I arrived. Not what I was expecting. It looked run down and there was a taco truck in the parking lot. I was there for a concert and we didn't have time to do anything other than grab the key and head out. The room was surprisingly nice. LPV flooring, clean sheets and the shower was clean and nice. The walls were thin and we could hear the TV in the rooms on either side of us but fortunately they turned off around 10 so we could get some sleep. There was only one channel on the TV. A Spanish 24/7 soap-opera looking channel. Yes, I did try 100 different things to change the channel but it always went back to that program. It was on all the channels.Lastly, the grab-and-go breakfast was nice. Long story short, I probably would not stay there again."
"Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient at check in. Only one elevator of two working most of the time during our 3 day stay so slow. Room looks very nice. Our issues:
Intermittant noise coming from what seemed to be a pipe with a wall not far from the bed. The first night I only got 2 1/2 hours of sleep partly because of this noise. Every morning housekeeping would forcefully try to open our door without announcing themselves and then just leave and never return. When I tried to take a shower, I discovered tge shower gel dispenser eas empty. I had to get out of the shower and get the hand soap from the sink to use. The towels literally felt like sandpaper when drying. After tge shower and dressing, I was able to locate housekerping in the hall to refill the shower gel. She said our room was marked as "out". Does that mean they thought no one was staying in it? Why did they try to come in every morning with no discussion as to when we would be out of the room? The building and rooms all look nice and well maintained but we will chose another hitel next time we are in Bend. Too many things that shouldn't be for the price we paid."
"We traveled with our pet and knew about the construction by reading other reviews. Did have some road noise but not terrible. I was pleased with how clean the room was. Couldn’t give 5 ⭐️because the room was missing towel bars and robe hooks. Also they have not replaced the headboard yet, which has a gouge in it. Good breakfast. They look like they are updating and we will consider booking again."
