"We have stayed at this location several times and although it is a lovely hotel, there is always something that needs a bit of work or we have an issue with. This particular stay we upgraded on our second night to a riverview room with a fire pit, paying an additional $115. It was a colder evening and we enjoyed the fire pit very much but needed the heater in the bedroom when we went to bed. It was well after midnight once we went to bed and unfortunately the heater made a terrible sound and it kept us up most of the night. We would have asked to switch rooms but with it being our last night and so late we suffered through it and let the front desk know at checkout."

"The property was very clean with a great view. The only downside were the lodge restaurants… very slow service although the food was good once we got it."

"Checked in and was informed our room had been upgraded, and was very delighted when we got to the room. Great view of the river with a patio. I have to say the "BEST" continental breakfast ever at a hotel. Quite a wide variety of breakfast items. We had traveled for about a week prior and checked in and out of hotels. this place was great. Very dog friendly, if you have a dog too."

"Staff was really friendly property was under construction but was still clean for the most part. Great location for hauden holmes amphitheater. We were in town for weird al and love the venue will be back at this location."
