"Clean room and Air Conditioning good"

"We had no meals at hotel, staff kind and patient, no parking needed, relied on Uber. The room is not equipped with handicapped equipment, specifically the shower for ederly people like myself. There were no shower mats or handrails. "

"The air conditioning kept giving out and had maintenance come in 3 times.. Nothing worse than having maintenance come in, in a vacation and then never got fixed. It was until I went down stairs to the main office did they decide to change my room. The sink in the new room would take for ever to drain. This place needs an over haul. It's not what it used to be. "

"Everything was very good very nice people. The only thing is the restaurant too expensive for the class of food."

"This hotel is outdated and needs a good renovation. Water from the shower was all over the room bathroom (Even with the door closed), drain was half blocked so a pool on the shower was created. Floors were full of scratches and trims were all broken or damaged. Bed was OK They provide a bare minimum of bathroom amenities (be prepared to bring your own stuff) Hotel is well located but seems like they dont care about guests complaints."

"Coming from the US , they don’t used the regular AC units so the room was hot and the parking lot for the hotel is a public parking lot. It was a little confusing. But great staff and room views were great."
