Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, beautiful property. Hotel is pet friendly with an additional charge but they provide a pet bed and food bowls. Valet and bell boys are very courteous, Area is nice and safe with lots of food options. Overall we love this hotel, it was our second time staying here and would definitely be back.

Very nice hotel, great views to the “cerro de la silla” and fashion drive. bellboys, lobby staff and restaurant staff are all extremely helpful and professional, concierge will help you with tour guides and also getting a vetted taxi or Uber will stay here on next visit to Monterrey

Great location, we got complimentary drinks, & they had a friendly staff. The only down side is that we order room service, it took extremely long that we left the hotel, by the time we got back, what we ordered wasn’t inside/outside the room and still got charged for it

I’m sorry to say this but being honest, this is the worst Fiesta Americana experience I’ve ever had. Ive stayed in Puebla, puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, and Mexico City properties and this location had the worst service, amenities and over all quality. The layout of the building is strange. Tons of elevators that don’t go to all floors and no signage on which ones to take to get to the right floors. No pool. Mediocre service at front desk. We are platinum members and all we got were 2 lousy drink tickets for “house” drinks. The gym was crowded and scorching hot. Our room looked directly into a dilapidated construction site. The bathroom was clearly dated. The location in San Pedro Garza Garcia was very good but I will never be back. I would rather stay in Safi across the street.
