I called the number on the drawer letting me know that that was the office because no one was there. When they answered the phone. They seem annoyed and asked me if I even had a reservation. And finally unlocked the door to a Small and uncomfortable office. That should have been my cue to leave. The room smelt bad when I walked in it and had no air running so it was over 80°. It was filthy.

I do not recommend this place. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The sheets had stains. The tv only had one channel. The room was very muggy. The pool was a storage place for wood.

The staff was friendly, and the room was not fancy but it was clean. The bed was pretty worn out and creaky. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors. The shower was hot and worked fine. Just a very basic motel but sufficed for a shower and attempt at sleeping.

This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again

This property needs serious attention. Poorly maintained and decorated. WiFi didn’t work, TV offerings were very poor. Just can’t recommend it.
