「A most excellent hotel which faces the sea front at Weston-Super-Mare and is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly, most helpful and professional. 「We've had a lovely stay at Novotel Cardiff. The staff in reception and at the restaurant were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The room for 4 is not very big but had enough space and was comfortable. The hotel is not in the prettiest area, however is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minute taxi ride from the bay. Also walking distance from the train station. Definitely recommend. 」

「Stayed for business and I have stayed here a few times. The main reason I stay is for the gym. It is much better equipped than most hotel gyms. I do think it is a bit much to charge hotel residents £7.50 for parking per night. If you are staying and paying a pretty penny for the privilege then the car parking should be included. I haven't eaten at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. Overall a nice hotel. 」
