「It's the second night staying at the same hotel after a day trip of hiking at Cinque Terre. Again it's nice to have a hotel nearby the railway staion after a whole day of up and down trekking. With the train pass, I could even go back to the hotel for a shower, change my clothes and go back to Cinque Terre for sunset and a nice dinner.」

「Our view was absolutely stunning, and you won't find a better location! It is steps from the water, steps from a variety of restaurants and shopping, very close to the ferry and train station. We easily parked our car just before Varnazza (they don't allow you to drive in), there is one parking lot that is reasonable and they shuttle you in. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served.
