"The room we stayed in 134 was not fully cleaned. The toilet, baseboards doors were all marked upyy Our toilet would randomly flush on it own and was so loud. "

"The rooms were great. The location was amazing. As far as the staff from the very first day they were rude. Any questions we had we were brushed off or ignored and a few of the staff worked we just very short and not helpful. It was hard to feel welcomed when trying to check in or ask questions."

"I really enjoyed the location and the hotel was nice. But i was in river balcony room and the geese was horrible. The noise was constant and hard to rest and sleep or enjoy the view. i get it's nature but I feel guest should be told and have option for other rooms. But other than that i really enjoyed the property."

"The staff was wonderful, and the hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast was good for free breakfast, and the indoor pool was nice, even while it was snowing outside."
