「very pleasure stay in Bytom. however, wifi is bad at room, even lobby sometimes were not workable well. Only in front of elevator is good. Breakfast is fantastic. Garden is very pretty and enjoy sunshine there. No bus stop nearby, you must go by taxi first. From hotel to the airport is around 15min, but cost Pln65, which is higher than warsaw. Restuarant waitors are friendly」

「Zimmer wurde nur ein mal gereinigt. Duschkabine war defekt. Getränke wurden nicht nachgefüllt bei 39 °C.」

「Expedia showed this hotel as a 4 star. It's the first 4 star hotel where there's no room service for customers that stay more than a day. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner, and skin lotion. We had a great difficulty to set the temperature in the room so we had to go several times to the reception to have them set it. Breakfast is crazy expensive (65 lpz). Location is not very convenient.」

「The property was very clean and very secure. Having the full kitchen available was very convenient, particularly since the refrigerator was very cold, which I have discovered is relatively rare while traveling in Poland:-) the immediate area is not very walkable as far as having access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, but Ubers and taxis are very inexpensive and we have no issues getting around.」
