Reception is more tailored toward the Polish guests. Although some are great, most are very cold and tell me that they are busy! Location is excellent. Security greets you at night due to some homeless people nearby. But believe me it is very very safe!

The hotel is extremely well done as a constru. The tilesin the bathrooms, the silicones, they are just lime as if it was my home! Very surprised with such high quality. Breakfast is above average but can be even more elevated. On the downsides, when i asked for a pair of slippers, i didn't like the answer that 'thry are not included in room category'. Cmon it's a pair of slippers!

The location was amazinglyat the footsteps of the central train station and the Galleria shopping center. Room was modern and quite large enough with comfort. TV could use less Polski chsnnels. Most guests were Polish. While somevof the staff were very polite and helpful many on the weekend were rude and polite only with the Polski, Ukranian guests. Carpet in the hallwaywas old and should be replaced by wood, tile or any other modern material. Should hire more professiinsl staff & not just stidents who can speak English!

Room was very clean, tea and coffee replaced every day. The bed was so good, best nights sleep in years. Would use and go again, great location next to the train station and plenty of shops in the area.

Greeted with a warm welcome, staff were all friendly, the lounge area is comfy and cosy, great to enjoy a drink. The rooms were clean and spacious too, great value for money. Location is also fab, right opposite the shopping center and a two minute stroll from the Christmas markets!

The hotel was central and made travelling by train / bus so convenient. The bars, restaurants and shops were literally on the door step. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fab with lots of choice and the hot buffet was different each day - this has always annoyed me in other hotels when it is the same hot food each day. Would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Katowice.

Was there on Sunday . Location is good central of Katowice near train station and mall. Katowice was boring maybe it's because of that I was there on Sunday also weird sad energy going on in this city. I would skip Katowice and just stay in krakow
