"Excellent staying in a location convenient to both visiting catania and Etna park. Very helpful staff stepping in any time help was needed. "

"Hotel room was nice and clean. Plenty of space. The pool was closed the whole time but we were able to lay out on the tanning chairs. The access to the “beach” was closed off due to not being ready for guests. We did not use the weight room but did visit it. Not much there but enough to get a small workout in while on vacation. There isn’t much near the hotel. We had to uber to Catania and Taormina for things to do."

"Our stay started with a warm greeting and introduction from the owner and it kept getting better. Beautiful view of Mt Etna, amazing rooms that were top notch, and a breakfast that pleased everyone. I honestly would give this place 6 out of 5 stars. We had 5 people staying in my family, and everyone agreed that this was the nicest place we’ve stayed with all around quality. Highly recommend it!"

"Jolanda was very helpful and welcoming. She recommended some great restaurants. She also made a lovely breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the reception area. Communication was great — we had all the door codes before we arrived. The location is perfect for Mt Etna experiences. Great stay, highly recommended."
